The past 25 years he worked in leading IT and telecommunication companies (Deutsche Telekom, Telecom Italia, Telekom Austria, Deutsche GigaNetz), with a strong focus on global business development, transformation, law & regulation and strategic C-level partnerships. Previously he held marketing and sales management positions in international companies in different industries (food, retail, electronics), giving him a very rich and diverse background.
Ulrich’s academic education includes law, business administration and telecommunication. Together with his working experience this enables him to not only understand technologies, but to also create the optimal commercial and legal set-up for their monetization. His structured, yet practical approach ensures that plans become reality timely and efficiently.
Shankar Mondal

Shankar Mondal is innovation expert with strong focus on technology and business modelling. He has worked with start-ups, international projects, and large incumbent carriers and system integrators. He has actively developed prototypes of wholesale business models that are today a part of the mainstream industrial applications through partnerships with start-ups.
His ability is to clearly focus on rapid development of prototypes within the framework of current business models through structured interfaces. This preserves the current services and yet enhances the value creation in the long run.

Andres has spent the last thirteen years of his extensive global career, building value via entrepreneur and innovation ecosystems in corporate and startup domains. He has consulted for the likes of BCG, E.ON, Oxford Analytica, BAIN, Fraunhofer Research. Prior to Factor6, he co-launched an innovation practice for a $1B business unit of Deutsche Telekom (Fortune 60). In his role as Vice President of Innovation and “intrapreneur” he mentored innovation teams via agile approaches, time-to-market imperatives and best-in-class strategic partnerships. His record of making an impact is backed by the generation of $100M in foundational revenues via new products, services and startups.
Andres is a multicultural professional. He has lived and worked in multiple countries and with diverse
cultures, and speaks fluent Spanish. He is also a mentor, thought leader, author and public speaker with invitations to speak in prestigious organizations including UNDP, The Milken Institute, Frost & Sullivan and TM Forum. Andres holds a Masters in International Business and a BS in Finance and is a certified design thinker. He resides in the Washington DC Region, USA.
Ahmed Faisal

Mr. Faisal Ahmed is Senior Communication and Telecom Professional with 30 years of international experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Accounts Management and government relations in the Telecommunication and Satellite Communications Industry in Pakistan and abroad. He is been holding the Management position of country wide Carrier & Corporate Sales Business at WorldCall since 2012 working directly with the CEO. He subsequently remained on the Board of Directors of WorldCall as well from 2018 till 2023. He is part of the core management team handling the current acquisition in progress. Further to this he has international experience of working with multinationals that include Telenor UK, Alcatel Space Industries, France, IDIRECT USA at Country Manager positions. He has experience in interactions with top management of both private sector and government organizations and ability to operate in new markets. Experience in developing a channel network for sales in new territories, worked in Business and new sales in Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iraq, Middle East region.
