Shankar Mondal

Germany

Shankar Mondal is innovation expert with strong focus on technology and business modelling. He works with start-ups, established technology and solution providers and systems integrators. He has actively acquired state funding for developing prototypes of products and solutions for dual use and wholesale business models. These are a part of the emerging mainstream industrial applications.
His ability is to clearly focus on rapid development of prototypes utilizing current EU and German Federal grants.

He has extensive experience in development of joint ventures, business acquisitions and management of business partnerships. His international background and cross-cultural awareness add to his strength in communicating with any audience.
Andreas holds a Bachelors Degree (Honors Class) in Business Studies from the University of Buckingham. He speaks fluent German, Dutch, English, and Spanish and has good knowledge of French and Italian. Andreas was born in Mexico, and lived in Spain, The Netherlands, Germany, UK, USA and Austria.  Recent Positions held: Complex Sales Senior in International Wholesales (focus on South Eastern Europe), International Carrier Manager, Project Coordinator Business Solutions, Key Account Management for Acquisitions, Marketing and Product Development.

Andres Jordan

USA

Andres has spent the last thirteen years of his extensive global career, building value via entrepreneur and innovation ecosystems in corporate and startup domains. He has consulted for the likes of BCG, E.ON, Oxford Analytica, BAIN, Fraunhofer Research. Prior to Factor6, he co-launched an innovation practice for a $1B business unit of Deutsche Telekom (Fortune 60). In his role as Vice President of Innovation and “intrapreneur” he mentored innovation teams via agile approaches, time-to-market imperatives and best-in-class strategic partnerships. His record of making an impact is backed by the generation of $100M in foundational revenues via new products, services and startups.

Ahmed Faisal

Pakistan

Mr. Faisal Ahmed is Senior Communication and Telecom Professional with 30  years of international experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Accounts Management and government relations in the Telecommunication and Satellite Communications Industry in Pakistan and abroad. He is been holding the Management position of country wide Carrier & Corporate Sales Business at WorldCall since 2012 working directly with the CEO. He subsequently remained on the Board of Directors of WorldCall as well from 2018 till 2023. He is part of the core management team handling the current acquisition in progress. Further to this he has international experience of working with multinationals that include Telenor UK, Alcatel Space Industries, France, IDIRECT USA at Country Manager positions. He has experience in interactions with top management of both private sector and government organizations and ability to operate in new markets. Experience in developing a channel network for sales in new territories, worked in Business and new sales in Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iraq, Middle East region.

Andreas is a senior executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience in telecommunications, IT services, and digital transformation. He has held international management roles at IBM Deutschland GmbH, Deutsche Telekom AG, and others, where he led cross-functional teams, managed large scale projects, and closed multimillion-euro complex enterprise IT and services deals. His expertise includes cloud computing, AI-driven service applications, advanced analytics, digital business models, and strategic alliance management, with a strong track record in scaling go-to-market organizations and building high-impact partnerships.

Most recently, Andreas has focused on strategic repositioning in security-relevant technologies, deepening his expertise in AI, cybersecurity, digital sovereignty, and geopolitics while expanding his network within the defense sector. He holds a degree in Business Administration (Diplom-Kaufmann) from the University of Cologne and completed executive education at the Kellogg School of Management and London Business School.
